My name is Sofia Edeland, and I live in Gothenburg, Sweden,  with my family. I have a permanent position as a social worker, and this virtual assistant business is my side venture. It gives me the freedom to channel my digital and technical creativity and problem-solving skills. I also truly enjoy helping driven entrepreneurs tackle their exciting business challenges!

Throughout my career, I’ve built extensive experience in administration, customer support, problem-solving, and client service. In my work within public administration and education, I’ve gained deep knowledge of documentation, recordkeeping, and digital platforms. Having also run my own business full-time at different points in my life (as a financial coach and career coach), I’ve developed skills in website creation, hosting sales webinars, building online courses, listing products on Amazon, creating profiles on Bokadirekt.se, and more. I’ve built all of it myself and know what it’s like to pour your heart and soul into growing your “business baby.”

If I were to restart my entrepreneurial journey, there’s one thing I’d do differently: I’d ask for help more often! To avoid spending days struggling with tech issues, banging my head against the wall over website wording, or wasting precious time multitasking — so I could focus on what truly matters in my life and business.
